Having surgery July 20th

I am scheduled to have Henrietta repaired with a pouch revision on July 20th. Henrietta is my 3 year old hernia. Still waiting on insurance approval for the revision. If they don't approve the revision, I will most likely just switch and have them proceed with doing the panniculectomy now with the hernia repair. I'm feeling quite overwhelmed trying to get things in order at work and at home in the next couple weeks because I will have my niece in for a visit then going on vacation until July 15th. Once I get back, I have all day pre-admit test on the 17th, IVC filter placement on the 18th and surgery on the 20tn. Sarah

Keep us posted. Will the revision include more of a longer bypass? Which would make you more distal? Anyway, will pray all goes well. I'm sure just waiting again is overwhelming too! hugs, Tami
