UGH! Started two day clear liquid diet today.....

I have the dreaded EGD and colonoscopy scheduled for Thursday morning. Y'all keep me in your prayers....I am so nervous. This clear liquid stuff is not fun. My instructions say I can have popsicle but not red, orange, green or purple. Well, that doesn't leave many options. I haven't been able to find any other popsicles. I looked for banana but can't find any. Guess it will just be water, clear soda and apple juice. Me and broth don't get along, so that is out. My husband is so sweet though; last night he told me he would do the clear liquid diet with me so it would be easier for me. That just touched my heart, but I did tell him he didn't have to do that. The positive thing is this is the last test I have to have before starting the approval process -- at least as far as I know at this point. Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day. Betty

Hang in there Betty! You can try making your own popsicles with Crystal Light, choose your own flavors. Publix has popsicles in tropical flavors, like pineapple and mango. I'll be praying for you Missy

u can do it, its only for a short time...we've all been there just hang on, it'll be better soon
