The main thing you need to check, particular for A-D-E-K, is that you take "dry" vitamins. ADEKs are oil-based vitamins, but are also available in dry form. Most of my vitamins are BioTech.

I have been using Thrive nutrition, but it is pretty expensive. I am looking for what brand of vitamins most are using. My bloodwork has been good so I want to make sure I continue to get the right vitamins so it stays that way. Thanks!
I had my surgery in 2001. Yes 18 yrs ago. The first month I was in the bathroom more then usual but since then it's been first thing in the morning and then after breakfast. Loose stools not diarrhea. I us toilet spray before like glade VIP sold in stores near toilet cleaner or on Amazon they have different brands. Basically it helps keep the odor in the toilet. I have no problems going to public restrooms. Only have occasional gas I just use the same spray just behind me not in the toilet lol.
Yes, last year I was able to lose just about 10-15 pounds and have kept it off (I'm just past 16 years post-op).
It probably took me a couple of months of slow and steady "back to basics" -- low carb, high protein, lots of water.
I was already eating lots of protein, so to drop the additional poundage I focused on cutting back the carbs. Not counting carbs per se, just consciously cutting out the late-night sugar treats (cookies, ice cream, etc.), less rice and pasta. Those are probably my three biggest pitfalls.
It absolutely can be done!

Can I ask what you eat in a day to get 3000 calories without trying?
My day, for example:
Cheese and peanuts
courgetti with two eggs in some butter
steak and egg or steak and prawns
bag of pork rind
tea with collagen
1700 calories
Hi Sunshine.
I am 11 yrs post op. Lost over 100 total. I regained about 25 lbs in the last 2 years. I started a month ago cutting out all unnecessary carbs. Keep it between 20-30 grms per day. I am starting to lose again. My goal is to get back to my lowest post op. But honestly any small amount is very noticeable on me. So I may not need to go back to 161. I did get a lot of comments back then that I looked unhealthy. I think people were so use to me being almost 300 lbs.
I've never had any problem with 100g+ of protein and 120g+ of fats, and I eat less than 30g of carbs. As I say, I've been doing this without losing weight.
I'm trying to get my calories higher but actually find it hard work to eat more than about 1800 calories a day - a little higher than I have been eating. But I'm going to try for at least a couple of days a week of 2000 calories as it does seem to help.
I love Coke Cherry Zero, do you cut this too when you are trying to lose weight.
