Thanks for the information. I will look into the Now. I'm also trying my best to cut sugars. I think my sweet tooth is what gets me in the most trouble.
I just realized detoxing in my opinion is what we do every morning, hehe, when I go to the bathroom real good it seems take all that sugar Craven away. Plus I do sometimes take a daily detox pill for another reason. The brand is by Now. Calcium d-glucarate 500mg, however again, helps with another issuse related to PCOS.
Good review on Amazon.

Ask to be tested for c-diffucile and SIBO. Both are caused by an imbalance of bacteria. C-diff is an actual intestinal infection that is extremely difficult to cure. DSers seem to be particularly prone to these conditions if not ingesting enough probiotics either by pill form or fermented foods. Docs often don't think of testing you for this. My dad suffered for 9 months before a physician's assistant thought of testing him for c-diff. Once diagnosed, it took another 4 months to get it under control trying different rounds of antibiotics. He also had to clear out his bathroom to make a completely sterile environment. This was removing all towels and fabrics, nic-nacks, tooth brush, etc. He had to change his underwear every time he used the bathroom and wipe down the toilet and the entire bathroom each time (the infection spreads with airborne spores) and had to clean and sanitize towels and wash cloths after every use. The doc didn't tell him this, otherwise he may have been cured earlier.

- Hello! I am six years out DS. My HW 423 SW 350 CW 195.
- my longest stall was about 3 years. I lost the first 100 pounds quickly and then I slacked on my DS eating. I fluctuated for years between 210 and 240.
- I took a field position in January 2018 that required me to be very mobile. Walking, climbing stairs etc. I also started paying attention to my diet and increasing my water and vitamins.
- Basically I got back on the program.
- Since January 2018 I went from 240-195.
Hello I had my DS in 2013, I went from 350 to 215 then fluctuated up and down highest 240 lowest 210. January 2018 I took a field job and spent all day walking miles and climbing stairs for a full year. I am still in a similar position not as rough. I have now reached a weight of 195 effortlessly. I am like you I went to the doctor twice and got full exams from head to toe. My labs were hood except for iron so I dounle up on iron and eat more iron rich foods. This surgery has changed my life.
Hello, I too have been away too long. I had my DS in 2013 starting weight 350 highest weight 423. I am currently at 195. I had a few years in which I stuck at 210-240. Over the past 2 years through excercise and life style changes I broke that Plateu and I am at my current weight.
