Vitamin K
Everything I have read you don't need as much K1 as K2 (MK-7 & MK-4). K1 is necessary for blood clotting but K2 is used by the body for many other things. This is kind of an interesting read.

Though I do take some K1, from my own personal research I believe megadosing K2 will be more beneficial for me.

That article matches with my understanding. I was confused when you talked about blood levels of K in your original post because the possible benefits of K2 are indirect and can't ( I don't think ) be measured directly. Bone health is such a combination of things that just paying attention to one thing probably doesn't mean much without paying attention to calcium, and magnesium supplementation with things like dexi scans to have some kind of measurement to see if it is really helping. And who knows how you can really tell on an individual basis is it clearing some of the clog in your arteries/
I take K2 because is sounds plausible and helpful but I don't see a good way to measure yet.
