Today's menu 10/12/18
Friday!
Breakfast- 8oz cold brew with Premier Protein shake
Snack- Protein bar
Snack- Peanut butter and crackers
Lunch- Steak and broccoli with mushrooms
Snack- Cucumber(99g) and tomato(71g) slices w/dressing (10ml)
Late Snack- Coffee with dill pickles & cheese
Dinner- Chicken taco night!
Late Night Snack- Not sure yet...
Water 96 oz/ protein drink 20 oz/ coffee 48 oz (hard day at work! )

Not bad but you should also try and total your protein intake. I never measure much of anything else. Using MFP I concentrate on those 2 totals.
Yesterday:
Breakfast - Optimum Nutrition double scoop shake
Lunch - Cheese and sallami - no bread - cucumber and toamato slices
Snack - Turkey stick
Dinner - 2 beef patties, lettuce, onion, etc
Snack - crackers, toast with butter
at 5.5 years not a bad representation for an average day.
I also use MFP to log everything I eat. My protein total per day is always over 110 and most of the the time over 120. I normally have 50 grams in by 10am with my protein drink and bar. I also work on keeping my carbs low, between 50-75 but a lot of times it's below 50. Since I'm not 2 year year out yet, so close... I'm still trying to lose maybe another 5 pounds and maybe find what works for maintenance.
