Good point. Fortunately my labs include K and I've been taking both K1 and K2 for years. I follow my surgeon's labs and it's a massive list. He has even updated it over the years to include certain labs that seem to be issues for us DSers.

If you dont mind my asking, could you post a copy of the labs your surgeon recommends? Did your surgeon recommend certain vitamins and dosages?
