L: shared a double meat steak salad from subway with the hubs

S: Quest oatmeal chocolate chip protein bar

D: 5oz country style pork rib with 4T homemade BBQ sauce, cantaloupe

S: premier protein shake, banana with peanut butter, fun size Hershey chocolate bar

I like it. It has the chocolate bits and the cinnamon. I love cinnamon and chocolate together!

Do you have any trouble with broccoli florets? I can't them since my DS unless they are cooked to nearly mush.

I buy the frozen cut up pieces and still cook to mush. Otherwise, I have a problem too....

I prefer spinach if I have a choice. I've been eating it raw to kick start my metabolism and intestines. Dr. Elariny and Alex think I'm drinking to much and not eating enough solids. I'll try anything if it means I'll be successful after all this.

I've noticed since my DS I'd rather drink than eat also but if I don't eat solids my bowels do not move and that's miserable! Keep working at it, you'll get there! I prefer my broccoli mushy, always have lol

I had a question for you: did you loose weight while you were drinking protein instead of eating solid protein? If not, did that change once you started eating solids? How many calories/day were you eating to loose?
