Today marks 4 weeks of plant based eating.(no meat, dairy or eggs) I've lost around 14-16lbs (I'm not sure because I really was only weighing myself once a month for accountability but I had gained in the last few years and was at my highest since surgery 12+ years ago).

For the record I'd like to lose another 10lbs. I am firmly in size 12 now and they are getting loose.

All my vits are the same - Vita4Life Plus, Vit D 3x a week and magnesium citrate.

Today:

coffee w/ protein flax milk

Breakfast: two servings steel cut oats w/ half a sweet potato, cinnamon and nutmeg

snack: wasabi peas and pumpkin seeds

lunch: leftover lentil taco 'meat' with tomatoes and corn and cauliflower Spanish 'rice' on a couple corn tortillas

Dinner: quoina , zucchini , onions and tomatoes in a spicy tomato sauce I will make either roasted cauliflower or broccoli as well as watermelon

snack: scoop of vanilla / almond protein powder with flax milk and two servings of blackberries I need to eat

Surgery on 4/25/05 , Dr. Alverdy in Chicago.  God Bless the DS !!!

B - Protein coffee vanilla bean protein powder by nectar with vanilla syrup (23g protein) - with heavy cream

S - ISOPURE with Crush grape sugar free packet -40oz water(40g protein)

L - 2oz Broiled Trout with tartar sauce (14g protein)

S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -20 oz water

D - Crab Combo (14g protein)

S - Greek Yogurt with fat plus protein powder and vanilla sugar free syrup (43g protein)

Additional water: 20oz Sugar free Orange Crush

Water Target: 80ozs

Target: 120g protein, less than 20g carbs
