Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

GM Ladies: Calorie intake at 1,000 daily. However, scales still moving up. Not sure what to tweak this week. Still hoping the forced walking up and downstairs helps move the scale.

Are you counting carbs? I've seen folks limit carbs to 25g a day to lose.

I usually do less than 20g of carbs and check my ketones daily for ketosis. When my weight stalled I thought that I wasn't getting enough carbs to loose so about 2 mos ago I increased my carb intake to 30g daily. How ironic!

I could try to reduce them again and see if perhaps I get a jump start....

No, if you're already that low it might be medical. Maybe thyroid or metabolic. Might be time for some tests.
