GM Ladies: Focused on getting the scale to move in my favor this week. Hoping the forced walking up and downstairs helps.

B - 2 scrambled eggs with cheddar Cheese (15g protein)

S - 1 cup FAGE Greek Yogurt - TRUVIA honey sweetener (20g protein)

L - Premier Chocolate Protein shake (30g protein)

S - Baby Bell Cheese (5g protein)

D - 3oz chicken, side of spinach (25g protein)

S - 1 Atkins Protein Bar - (16g protein)

64oz water

Here you go!

Brew a pot of your favorite coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a dash of cinnamon, a tablespoon of coconut oil, and a heaping scoop of vanilla Syntrax Nectar protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds.
Top off the blender bottle with hot coffee.
Cover and tilt gently to blend.

Took off work tomorrow. So it was a 3 day work week for me. Hmmm, I could get used to this.
