Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

GM Ladies: Focused on getting the scale to move in my favor this week. Hoping the forced walking up and downstairs helps.

B - 1 scrambled eggs with 1 jimmy dean sausage patty (15g protein)

S - 1 cup Dannon Greek Yogurt - strawberry cheesecake (12g protein)

L - GNC Strawberry Protein shake (25g protein)

D - 1 hamburger - hold the bun (25g protein)

S - 1 Atkins Protein Bar - (16g protein)

Hello folks, another beautiful day here, I didn't get out and enjoy it as I had hoped

Bites:
2 coffee with creamer

protein shake

hamburger and fries with gravy

pop and cheezies

chicken breast, potatoes and corn

bowl of cereal

Vites: missed supper ones

Exercites: walking around the store shopping.
