Well Hello Folks, I am starting my day with a belly ache. I hope it passes soon.
Bites:
shake, and yogurt
breakfast sandwich and coffee
beef soup and slice of bread with butter
chips and pop
chicken and potatoes
_ planning on making a couple homemade soups over the next couple of days for my hubby, I have to go to work out of town and he likes soup. lol so that is in my agenda today or tomorrow.
Vites: just started
Exercites: none except walking I would guess
