Hello Folks, Happy Tuesday to all
It has been a busy long weekend for me, with grandkids and my youngest son being home to.
My Plan for today is as follows but I will edit tonight if I have made any changes.
Bites:
2 Coffee with creamer
1/2 a banana
yogurt, 1/2 bagel and protein shake
chips and pop
Sandwich
Smokies and macaroni and brown beans
Ice cream and finished off the bag of chips
I am going to an OA meeting at noon, and then
working for the afternoon, so I will not be eating through that time.
Vites: just started for the day
Exercites: nothing really, I was on my feet for 31/2 hours at work, I was tired
