Here's my recipe:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball add 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder, an even tablespoon of coconut oil and a dash of cinnamon.
Cover and shake for less than 5 seconds.
Uncover and top off the blender bottle with hot coffee, or pour the cool protein slurry into a huge travel mug and top off with hot coffee, and gently stir to blend.
Always add the hot liquid on top of a cool protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping.
