The plan:

Hi guys,
Getting a crockpot ready for a luncheon Thursday morning, so posting a day early.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g), bullet proof with coconut oil
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S -
L - Day Before St Patrick's Day pot luck at work...lots of corned beef
S -
D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch:
calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

How do you make your bulletproof protein coffee?

Here's my recipe:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball add 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder, an even tablespoon of coconut oil and a dash of cinnamon.
Cover and shake for less than 5 seconds.
Uncover and top off the blender bottle with hot coffee, or pour the cool protein slurry into a huge travel mug and top off with hot coffee, and gently stir to blend.


Always add the hot liquid on top of a cool protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping.
Enjoy!

Topping off 2 large slices of mushroom pizza & a bit of the crust too
4 donut holes
Iced decaf protein coffee
Red Robin for dinner- 1/2 of a double patty burger
Few onion rings & fries
1/2 brownie
Protein shake w/ 1 pump raspberry flavor
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90+ oz.
