Protein drinks/shakes
I drink the Oh Yeah Protein Shakes as my meal replacement.
I love to Unjury Classic Chocolate, Strawberry Sorbet, Chicken Soup and Vanilla. I mix the vanilla and chocolate with milk and ob2 powder (when not on the liquid diet- too thick with the pb2). I use the chicken soup as a meal. I mix the strawberry with crystal light lemonade.
I also love the Nectar powder. I mix the fuzzy navel and the strawberry kiwi with crystal lite lemonade too.
