S - maybe another protein shake
D - foil-baked salmon w/tomaotoes and onion salsa 
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

Protein shake w/ HWC & 1 pump raspberry
