Exactly. Your blood work should be your guide.
A lot of us (that have been around a long time) took BA. They failed me miserably. It was the only (and last time) I had bad labs.
The reason Vets are critical....is that they are expensive and you can get many more higher dose vitamins for less money.
But again...YOUR LABS are YOUR guide.
PS The good thing is that there is a LOT of info about how a DSer should suppliment. I remember when I came to this site over a decade ago. Many of us were still taking flinstone vitamins...and it was by happenstance that I stumbled upon Michelle (VITALADY) and she gave most of us vets the tools we needed to survive. YAY Michelle (if you are still out there...we are grateful to you!)
