3 slices microwave bacon
lunch: whole wheat flat bread with chicken salad.
Snack: premier protein drink, 2 small cookies
dinner: whole wheat English muffin, 1/4 baked chicken breast, green salad, starkest tuna salad from packet
Snack: naval orange, sugar free jello with sugar free whipped cream.
