Anyone ever try to make bang bang shrimp at home?


Thursday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese
Deli sandwich, 1/2 Bologna & cheese on rye
Few chips
Cookie
Decaf protein shake
Corned beef hash
Poached egg
1/2 Appropriately butted English muffin
Greek yogurt
Protein shake w/ almond milk, HWC, 1 pump raspberry
Vites: all in
Fluids: 100oz.
