Deli sandwich, 1/2 Bologna & cheese on rye

Decaf protein shake
Corned beef hash
Poached egg
1/2 Appropriately butted English muffin
Greek yogurt
Protein shake w/ almond milk, HWC, 1 pump raspberry

Fluids: 100oz.
