carbs
Is it possible to eat TOTALLY carb free? Has any1 here done it and how much weight did you lose? And how did you feel while doing it?
I was eating pretty close to totally carb free at one point, eating less than 10 carb grms a day.
i felt fine and didn't really lose any more.
I have done under 10 and I felt fine. But that doesn't mean I was happy about it. The easiest way to do it is 12 hard boiled eggs a day and that's it. I did have carb free days using that plan. I lost about 30lbs by extremely low carb plus running. And sad to report, as soon as I quit, the weight came right back!
I had nothing but meat yesterday, and still ended up with 13 carbs. Apparently ham has carbs.

I never had a 0 carb day. Never. Never need it....so I never tried it. I did eat lower carb when I first had the DS and watched my carbs during the first year. After I hit goal...I went carb crazy....but maintained most of the weight loss for about 10 years without counting anything. I actually went low carb in Oct just to lose a 20 lb rebound. It had crept on over the years....lack of exercise....getting older...blah blah blah. Still not terrible considering i didn't have the full 10% bounce back.
Anyway I went lower carb in Oct.....the weight came right off. I tried to keep my carbs between 50 and 100. Most days now I'm eating between 150 and 200 carbs per day.
