Protein Coffee or Chai Tea:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee or chai tea from tea bags.
In a 20oz Blender Bottle with wire ball, add 6oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a dash or 2 of cinnamon, a tablespoon of extra virgin organic coconut oil, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Cover and shake about 5 seconds to blend.
Pour the protein slurry into a huge travel mug, or just uncover the Blender bottle, and top off with hot coffee or tea.
Gently stir to blend but don't shake the hot mixture in the Blender Bottle, it'll explode. lol
The coconut oil makes it "bulletproof" coffee. There are several recipes on Google for bulletproof coffee. Check it out and enjoy.

Just adds healthy fat and oils for those low carbing. Hubby needed to cut out some of the fat I've been feeding us so I changed our diets a bit but I still need the fat. I don't know how it got the crazy name of "bulletproof" though. lol
