Leftover roast beef on 1 slice of rye w/Swiss cheese
Mini carrots

Mini Snickers, 3 Hershey kisses
1/2 of a hallowed out and toasted whole wheat bagel w/ lots of mayo and topped w/ real thick cut bacon
Few fries
1/4 piece of chocolate cheesecake
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
