Reaching out to all DS'ers, please help!

I saw a post from a DS'er that is 17 years out. She is having issues and wants to get back to the eating program for her DS.  She posted on the Diet and Nut forum. I gave her links to the main and DS forum to post there but wanted you guys to reach out and help like only DS'ers can!
