B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - salad or something small and light
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs and a few leaning push-ups

Toppings off 2 slices of pizza
2 mini Hershey's bars
Corned beef hash
Fried egg
1 slice rye toast
Insides of a jelly donut
Vites: all in
Fluids: 80 oz.
