Pre-B - 2 protein coffees (60g), bullet proof with coconut oil
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs and a few leaning push-ups

L: Cobb Salad

D: Ribs with home made cole slaw

S: Atkins bar

S: Burger with cole slaw

S: Pint of ice cream

S: 4 slices of wasa bread, mayo, turkey slices and swiss cheese



I'll probably have another burger with cole slaw again before I go to bed. I'm still hungry from such a "light" food day.
