S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs and a few leaning push-ups
