laundry and housework

I did go to the gym today! Excellent work out.

B: 2 eggs over easy on a low carb tortilla with cheese
S: Quest protein bar
L: Cheese, salami, crackers
S: Apple
D: Home made low carb chicken soup (lots of veggies)
S: Halo top ice cream (a whole pint of the chocolate...mmmmm)
S: 7 shrimp with shrimp sauce

I'm probably going to have to add a protein shake into my routine. I am not getting in enough for the amount of working out I'm doing.

Tomorrow is a "tough" work out class. I can't wait.

Adding a protein shake is probably a good idea. I remember Vitalady's advice for men was 5 protein shakes a day. Those were small shakes made with water and not dairy though.

5 a day???? OH MY!

I use to do 2 a day....but have long since stopped that.....I'll try adding in my night time one again. I'm always looking for something sweet at about 11 PM just before I go to bed.

Normally, I don't use milk...jus****er...sometimes water and ice...and a blender.

Ok not so bad. I got about 175 grams of protein in!

Weird, maybe I'm not eating enough....I at about 1600 calories today.....but if you account for malabsorbtion......I'm only at about 600 calories. So maybe I need to eat a bit more?

I think adding the protein shakes back in to your diet may me your best bet...and I'm going to start taking my own advice. lol
