L: Wendy's large chili and a 1/2 BBQ chiickn salad with BBQ ranch dressing (MMMMMMMMMmmmm)

D: Lasagna with extra meat sauce, bread with butter
dessert: Chocolate cake
Exercise: went to the gym for the first time this week since sunday.
Aren't those Wendy's salads huge? Easily, the taco salad is 2 meals for me.
