Protein coffee:
Brew a pot of your favorite decaf or low caffeine coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 4-6 oz of milk or 1/2 & 1/2, a dash of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder. Cover and shake about 5 seconds. Pour hot coffee on top of the protein slurry and gently blend. If you want to add some healthy fat to your diet, add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to the protein mixture, shake and add hot coffee on top. Adding oil, butter or coconut oil to hot coffee has some how gotten the name "bullet proof". You can find it on Google.
