B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - pork chop and green beans w/corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking, stairs and a few leaning push-ups

how do you make your protein coffee and what does it mean when you say bulletproof coconut oil?  I am having surgery in a few days and love coffee

Protein coffee:
Brew a pot of your favorite decaf or low caffeine coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 4-6 oz of milk or 1/2 & 1/2, a dash of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder. Cover and shake about 5 seconds. Pour hot coffee on top of the protein slurry and gently blend. If you want to add some healthy fat to your diet, add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to the protein mixture, shake and add hot coffee on top. Adding oil, butter or coconut oil to hot coffee has some how gotten the name "bullet proof". You can find it on Google.

L Tortilla soup and tortilla chips with salsa

S: 4 mini candy bars

D: Salad with chicken, 2 thin crust slices of pizza

S: Hamburger with cheese and home made cole slaw

S: 4 mozzarella cheese sticks
