B: Eggs with cheese on a low carb tortilla.
S: Cheese, salami, crackers
S: 2 packs of almonds
L: Burger, with cheese, cole slaw
S: Snack pack (Apple slices, carrots, almonds, cheese)
D: Home made chicken soup
S: Quest protein bar (I like the Atkins ones better...but I figured I'd try them out).
Exercise: light lifting, stretching, a bit of aerobic exercise....i'm sore!
I'll probably have something in a bit....maybe more soup....or some ice cream? Or cottage cheese with chia seed pudding.
