Cole slaw (my new find....cole slaw kits...mmmm mmmmmm mmm good)
Hamburger with Cheese

Exercise: I did a hard leg work out and then a yoga class.
I've been thinking about trying yoga or a stretching class at the very least. I know I'm at the age where I need something to improve my muscle tone and maintain what little flexibility I have left.

If you go the more traditional route, find an instructor that rotates the routine, otherwise it becomes boring ...and you don't get as much out of it.
