B: Eggs on a low carb tortilla
S: 1/2 atkins bar
L: Fried catfish and Fried shrimp...lots of tarter and shrimp sauce. A few french fries.
S: Protein bar (I tried the no cow bars-24 grams of protein, with just 4 net carbs-I didn't like them that much though, but they are vegan).
S: Some dark chocolate
S: Cheese, hard salami
S: Almonds and walnuts
D: KFC Chicken strips and coleslaw with a salad
S: Cottage cheese
I really need to go shopping. I need some more snack food. I eat.2 protein bars a day...but I need more veggies and fruit. I'm trying to get toned now...so I guess i have to stay low carb because it helps me get in enough protein to build muscle ....how do body builders do it? 8 meals a day of meat and veggies...blahhhhhh.
Yeah, I think that's how body builders do it. {sigh}

L: Cheeseburger and fries from Mcdonalds
S: Snack pack (cheese, almonds, apple slices and carrots)
S: Apple

D: ????? I've been eating pretty cleanly for the last few weeks- and more and more fast food is really not agreeing with me! My stomach was so upset when I went to the supermarket, I only bought about $70 dollars worth of food instead of my normal $120-$150 because everything sounded gross!
So I can look at it one of 2 ways- YAY clean eating is making fast food unappealing or if I eat fast food, I'll lose my appetitie!!!! LOL
