Beautiful day in Philadelphia. Over 70 degrees.
Thursday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Starbucks bacon Gouda egg sandwich most of the bun removed
Chinese take out: egg drop soup
Steamed dumplings, wrappers removed
Crab ragoons
Decaf protein coffee
Topping off 3 slices of sausage, pepperoni, olive pizza & a few bites of crust
Small slice of cheesecake
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
