L: turkey/cheese on a low carb tortilla

S: Chicken pablano cream soup
S: Chicken anchors
D: Cobb salad (although they called it a cobb salad, it was not-it was basically chicken on a mixed green salad...blahhhh).
I'll probably eat a 4th meal later? I'm not sure.
Exercise> I didn't exercise today. My legs did not hurt too bad-I think I have to push myself a bit harder at the gym. But I've lost the 20 lbs I set out to lose...so now I'm just putting some effort into getting back into shape.
