Snacks: 2 bags of Almonds, banana Atkins bar
Lunch: 2 apples, 2 wedges of cheese, carrots, and more almonds
Snack: Atkins bar, a few jolly ranchers
Dinner: Salmon and peas.
Snack: Low carb tortilla with turkey and cheese tomato and mayo
Snack: 1 cup of cottage chesese
I'll probably eat more later- maybe a salad or some soup.
I did go to the gym today (3rd time) and worked on my abs. GOD I HATE AB days. I noticed since the LBL that everytime I work abs I get muscle cramps...it's been that way for years.
They used to make us do a drill called dying **** roach in full gear...OMG my ABs afterwards!
