As I've mentioned on other posts I've been thinking about getting the d.s so I do check out what you're eating a lot. And it seems, a lot that you're eating stuff my surgeon tells me will probably have to be delete post surgery unless I want to "peel the paint off the walls."
So popcorn? Cabbage? Chili? Etc. how is this possible? Did you just get really lucky? Have a very short common channel? Very curious! And if you have the secret, please share!
I take a really good probiotic called VSL#3 DS. My surgeon prescribes it. I take 1/2 teaspoon twice a day. Popcorn never gave me gas, but you're right-- chili, cabbage, peanuts and the donut would have given me bad gas if I weren't taking the probiotic. It took years of experimenting and reading on these boards to find VSL#3 DS. Some people are lucky and all they need is yogurt every day, but I really needed help. Good luck as go along on this journey, we're here when you need us.

Today was my travel day. I stopped at 3 places to get my free cup
Thursday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese
Topping off 2 large slices of pepperoni pizza- ate 1 top crust
1/2 donut
McD filet-o-fish. Bottom bun removed
Few fries
Greek yogurt
Handful Chez Its
Vites: all in
Fluids: 100 oz.

One of the girls brought in fresh designer donuts to go with our coffees....going to have to get even with her some how.
