B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts or snack-size bag of popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts or snack-size popcorn
D - stir fry chicken w/asparagus and mushrooms
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Super busy day. Feels good to be home, in my jammies, with a furry one snuggled against me.
Monday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese
Decaf protein coffee
Ham & Swiss w/ pickle slices on rye toast
4 slices of thick cut bacon
Sunflower seeds
Decaf protein iced coffee
Greek yogurt
2 Mary Janes & 2 chocolates
Cream cheese crockpot chicken
Broccoli
Wild rice
Small scoop of ice cream
Decaf protein iced coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90+ oz.
