How many carbs do you limit yourself to?

I don't think I've been doing a good job of limiting carbs lately.     If I were trying to be good, it would be around 75g of net carbs.

Thank you for the reply Gina! I've just started limiting again today. 75 is my goal.

Keep us posted on how it goes. I really, really need to start keeping better count too.

I don't limit carbs but I do mandate 125 to 150 grams of protein, which usually limits over doing it on other things.

I honestly...I'm mindful, but never counted

I don't count even when I'm low carbing about once a year to avoid weight creep.

But when I'm not low carbing I probably eat hundreds of carbs a day. Then again I have the old school DS so a very short common channel.

Thanks for the reply! I'm just trying to find a happy medium to cure my burning butt issues. Hate that! And I have an anal fissure that I nurse also! Seems better when I'm not eating quite as many sugar carbs!

Ugh that is painful!!!!

Eating carbs doesn't affect me , and I've been lactose intolerant since I was a teen, the only issues I typically have is with sugar alcohol or super fatty foods like tuna with extra mayo. Have you tried chia seeds? It really firms things up. I actually had to start taking a stool softener and magensim citrate to keep things moving.
