I am always so grateful for those who work on a holiday. Thanks to the grocery store clerks, the Starbucks barista, and everyone this Labor Day.
Labor Day bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Cheese stick
Scrapple
Cheesy scrambled eggs w/ fried ham cubes
1/2 bagel w/ butter & cream cheese
Peanuts
Vanilla protein smoothie
Tossed salad w/ blue cheese dressing
Chicken tenders
Mashed potatoes
Small scoop of ice cream
Chocolate protein smoothie
Later on: Greek yogurt
Vites: bedtime batch pending- all else in
Fluids: 80 oz.

I'm thankful for them too. I sure remember working retail and having to work all the holidays, but thank goodness for the Labor Movement that got us 40-hour workweeks and time off at some point during the week.
