Putting Stats on with the ticker/tracker

Ok. I finally figured out how to get the little ticker picture and how to add my photo, now I need to know how to get the

stats, ie. starting weight, surgery weight, goal weight, etc. on the bottom of my posts. Can anyone help me with that?

I'm so nervous. My revision surgery from lapband to DS is Wednesday.

You type all that info in the signature box.
