gross questions for the long termers

Before surgery I maybe went once a week. Now I go every few days. More often, and in the morning, if I've had lots and lots if water, which I can rarely pull off. My surgeon said I have a long colon though. I avoid fats, because I have terrible pain and cramps when I've had some. I also hate the greasy poop, and the extra stinky "stay with you" gas. I have a lot to do during the day. I try to just eat protein and stay away from fake sugsrs. Sometimes I just have milk, cheese, and some fish...with butter, so that's always an exception but yeah, I was sick for a while and didn't eat enough to go to the bathroom, but now I'm doing ok, I still only go once a day with an apple each morning, and lots of water. I forgot the apple part. The least painful or annoying fiber is a good old apple. Of course I can only eat half of one if it's not a tiny apple.
