2 servings honey roasted peanuts
One dark chocolate butter cream
Dry roasted peanuts
Grilled teriyaki chicken with no sauce
Salad with ginger dressing
1/2 large chocolate chip cookie
String cheese
Carbmaster yogurt
2 bratwurst
1/2 large zucchini
Sugar free jello with a very liberal amount of homemade whipped cream
Kirkland protein bar (high fiber - essentially a Quest bar)
