Weight training -resistance training with low intensity weight training
hi all my dsers
I have decided to add to my exercise routine, 30 mins of resistance training and 3-5xs a week whole body low intensity weight lifting. I know there are a few women weight lifters out there? Just don't know who you are...if anyone has usernames please let me know. Would like to know what/how you train (3 sets of 10 reps each low intensity at 60% max output?) I appreciate any input.
