Happy Sunday
Bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Cheddar cheese stick
2 soft boiled eggs w/ a slice of appropriately buttered toast, and crumbled sausage patties all smooshed together.
Vanilla protein shake w/ a spoonful of peanut butter
Red Robin for early dinner: bacon cheeseburger ( could only eat 1/2)
Few fries
Small piece of pie
The other 1/2 of the cheeseburger
Greek yogurt w/ pineapple
Frozen coffee protein shake
Vites: working on the last batch
Fluids: 90 oz.
