evening batch:

EXERCITES:
walking and standing at the computer all day

Nice day today. Last nights storm took some of the humidity away.

Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Cheddar cheese stick
3 sausage patties
Decaf protein coffee
Salami & provolone roll ups
Chips
Mini carrots
Small wedge of angel food cake
Decaf protein coffee
Italian sausage & GF pasta
Tossed salad w/ blue cheese dressing
1/2 well buttered English muffin
Greek yogurt
Decaf protein iced coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
