Turkey, bacon, cheese in a tossed salad
1/2 bologna & cheese on rye toast

I've always been a carb ***** I wake up every day wanting carbs. It's a struggle just to make it to the mid afternoon before I indulge.

I was wondering where do you buy the protein coffee and what brand do you use?

I make it by brewing a cup of coffee.  Add whatever creamer, 1/2&1/2 you like. Dump in your protein powder. I like Optimum Nutrition rich chocolate.  Stir until dissolved.
