Just out of curiosity I got on the scale today. Lost 11 lbs in a week. Behold the power of the DS 6 yrs out.
Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
3 large slices of Taylor's ham
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 Chick fil-a Cobb salad w/ 3 extra tenders thrown in
Handful of M&Ms
Decaf protein iced coffee
Meatloaf
Peas
Mashed potatoes w/ a nice chunk of butter melted on top
Cookie
Decaf protein iced coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 100 oz.

no fasting was required. Just nothing to eat after midnight. I think nerves was keeping me from eating larger than my normal portions before surgery, and not eating Very much the few days after surgery contributed.
i did keep up with protein shakes when I didn't eat.
