Pre-B - 2 protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (60g)
S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn or peanuts
D - fish nuggets
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

some sort of hard noodle salad

fruit

hotdog with bun

apple turnover

Vites: all in

Exercites: walking over an hour

Very gassy and bloated stomach again, hit around noon and stayed til bedtime, this sucks
