Another beautiful sunny day. Played in the garden, hung laundry outside, washed my car..........

Sunday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
2 sausage patties
2 slices of ham
1/2 bacon sandwich on toasted pumpernickel w/ a ton of mayonnaise
Chips & dip
2 chocolates
Decaf protein iced coffee
Grilled steak
Small spoonful of potato salad
Baked beans
Strawberry shortcake- only ate less than 1/2 of it
Sunflower seeds
Fluids: 90 oz
Vites: all of n
